John R, Knapp, Township Trustee 1887-1892
John R. Knapp was Township Trustee from 1887 through 1892. John emigrated to the United Staste in 1844 was married to Margaretha M. Englehart in 1857. John R. Knapp lived on Randolph Road and farmed his land until his death in 1905 at the age of 70. His brother Michael R. Knapp also served as a Suffield Township Trustee from 1873 through 1875.
